Start Chat Optionally, a field in the form can be designated as the author field. By default, only ’Name’ and ’Email’ are the fields which are considered in order to infer the chat author. The value in the form field which is designated as author will be used in places like ’Cisco Finesse desktop’ to show the customer name in the title etc. In order to designate a form field as author field, an object should be passed to ciscoBubbleChat.showChatWindow() as an argument.
